    Prepare the following ingredients. Skinless and boneless chicken fillet. Choose small bell peppers, preferably multi-colored ones; the quantity can be increased to taste. For spices, I use paprika, pepper, oregano, thyme, but you can use your favorite spices for chicken. My cheese is Russian and creamy curd cheese. Prepare a baking dish and turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.

    Selected bell peppers - I have small peppers with a total weight of 190 grams - remove seeds and cut off the stem. Rinse the peppers with cold running water, inside and out. Cut them thinly enough and place them in a layer on the bottom of the chosen form.

    Rinse chicken breast fillet under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels. Do not take breasts that are too large; if they are too big, then cut them in half so that they have time to cook in the specified time. Place the chicken fillet in the mold on top of the chopped pepper.

    Mix dry spices and salt and rub the chicken with this mixture.

    Peel the garlic cloves and cut into small cubes. Place chopped garlic on top of chicken.

    If you can cut the cream cheese, cut it into slices and spoon it over the garlic chicken. If it is difficult to cut, simply place it evenly on each piece of fillet.

    Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle it evenly over the chicken. Place the pan with the chicken and bell pepper in a preheated oven for 20 - 30 minutes until the cheese has a golden brown crust.

    Serve the finished chicken with baked peppers hot. Place chicken fillet with cheese on a plate and add baked bell peppers. This dish can be served on its own; for a hearty dinner for men, you can offer potatoes.

I made chicken breast with bell peppers for dinner. The recipe is very simple and quick. I used chicken fillet for the dish. I cut the sweet pepper into strips and put it in a mold. I put the fillet on the pepper, rubbed it with spices and added garlic on top. Instead of cream cheese, I spread the fillet with fat sour cream in the absence of it. At the end I grated hard cheese, took gaisin, it is tasty and melts well. I baked it for half an hour according to the recipe. The aroma is magical! The fillet was not dry, very juicy, rosy and tender. The bell pepper was a little oily for me) but it didn’t really affect the taste. The dish is very tasty, the chicken is soft and the pepper complements the fillet well, and most importantly it’s quick to prepare. Many thanks to the author!
