    How to make chicken breast with beans? Very simple! Prepare all the necessary products that are indicated in the recipe. You can take canned white or red beans or dry ones. It will also turn out very tasty from green beans. Instead of sautéed tomatoes, it is permissible to use tomato paste, ketchup or seasonal tomatoes. If you have frozen chicken breast, then first defrost it at room temperature.

    Rinse the chicken under running water, dry and cut into small pieces of the same size. Drain liquid from canned beans. Core the bell pepper and peel the onion and garlic. Wash the vegetables. If desired, remove the skin from the tomato.

    Cut the onion, pepper and tomato into large cubes. Grind the garlic by hand or pass it through a press.

    Add the chicken breast to the onions.

    Add spices to the pan (I took a pinch of thyme, ground sweet paprika and allspice), tomatoes, bell pepper and garlic. Salt everything to taste. You can add any spices to your taste.

    Pour in the tomato sauce (this time I used grated sautéed tomatoes), stir and wait until it boils. Next, reduce the flame to low, cover the pan with a lid and simmer everything together until the chicken is completely cooked. You will need about 15-20 minutes.

    Place the canned beans into the pan. Heat the stove a little higher. Mix everything and leave it this way for 5-7 minutes.

    Sprinkle chicken breast with canned white beans with chopped herbs and serve!

I made chicken for lunch using the recipe for chicken breast and beans. Instead of breast, I took two legs, cut each into two parts to make it easier to cook and eat. I had beans canned in their own juice - two jars of 300 g each. Before sending the chicken to the frying pan, I fried the onions in it. When it became transparent, I laid out the legs and cooked them until golden brown. After that, I added chopped tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt and herbes de Provence. I did not add bell pepper. I stewed the chicken under the lid until cooked; it took me longer than in the recipe, since the legs needed to be steamed until soft. I did not add beans to the frying pan with the chicken; I heated them in a saucepan and then put them on plates, adding the chicken. Sprinkled grated garlic on top. The chicken turned out very flavorful thanks to the garlic and spices. It was stewed well and became soft, covered with a thick tomato sauce. Very tasty!
