Chicken breast sauce with flour and mushrooms

STEP 1
How to make gravy from chicken breasts with flour and mushrooms? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. I will use champignons for mushrooms, but they can be replaced with any others you like. Take boneless chicken breasts. Rinse them thoroughly under running water and dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
STEP 2
Cut the breast meat into pieces of approximately the same size. You can replace the chicken with turkey or any other type of meat you wish.
STEP 3
Heat a frying pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Place the prepared chicken pieces and fry them over high heat for 3-5 minutes. The chicken meat should begin to brown.
STEP 4
While the chicken is roasting, prepare the mushrooms and onions. Wash the champignons to remove dirt and cut into 2-4 pieces. My mushrooms are small, so I only cut them in half. Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and finely chop. Instead of champignons, you can take any other mushrooms.
STEP 5
Place the mushrooms and onions in the frying pan with the meat. Mix everything. Fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes. Then add some hot water and cover the pan with a lid. Simmer the chicken with mushrooms for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 6
In a separate glass, stir the flour in cold water. Based on the total amount of water, be guided by your preferences, depending on how much gravy you want to get in the finished dish.
STEP 7
At the end of cooking, pour water and flour into the pan with the chicken. Add salt and spices. Stir everything, bring to a boil and heat for another minute.
STEP 8
Chicken gravy with flour and mushrooms is ready! Remove the pan from the heat and serve. To complement this, you can prepare a side dish of rice, buckwheat or pasta. Bon appetit!
