STEP 1
How to bake chicken breast in sour cream in the oven? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wash the chicken breast in running water and dry.

Place the sour cream in a bowl, add salt and pepper, add the garlic passed through a press. You can use sour cream of any fat content. You can also add any spices to your taste.

Mix everything well.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater. You can use any cheese, the main thing is that it is natural, without animal fat substitutes, and melts well.
STEP 6

Remove the pan from the oven, remove the foil.
