To beat chicken fillet, it is advisable to stock up on plastic bags. Either wrap them around the board where you will beat, or place the meat inside a bag (in cling film). We beat it with a chopper. But we remember that we do this without fanaticism, so that the meat remains meat.

Then you can do it in different ways. Marinate the meat and lightly beat it again, and leave it - let him be imbued with this beauty. Or marinate, salt and roll in flour right before frying, when the oil is in the pan and the pan itself is heated.
STEP 5

Well, we still need to prepare the batter for the chop. It will help prevent the juice from penetrating out, which is what makes the meat so juicy. Mix all the ingredients. Please note that we also salted the fillet and sprinkled it with spices. Those. and here be careful not to oversalt the dish.

If the oil is hot, let's dip the fillet pieces into the batter.
STEP 7

And immediately into a hot frying pan. Fry, turning over to the other side as soon as one browns. If the thickness of the meat is 1.5 cm, it will take 8-10 minutes to fry - 4-5 on each side.
STEP 8

And here, pay attention, we take the cheese and quickly begin to grate it directly onto the pieces of meat. I chose a medium grater. I don't like it when cheese covers meat with a thick crust. Fry for just a minute or two until golden brown. If you don't want to fry, don't fry - you can cover with a lid and simmer slightly until the cheese melts.
