    How to make soup with egg and chicken? Take any part of the chicken. I use chicken fillet. Fill the chicken with water, put it on the fire and bring to a boil. When boiling, skim off any foam that will form. Boil the chicken in boiling water for 30 minutes. Then remove it from the broth and cut into pieces (separate from the bones).

    Strain the broth and return the chicken to it. Place back on the heat and bring to a boil.

    Separately, boil the eggs in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces. Add potatoes, chopped eggs and some lentils to the boiling broth. Cook for 10 minutes.

    During this time, peel the onions and carrots. Grind them and fry for 3-4 minutes in a hot frying pan with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil.

I’m making soup with eggs and chicken for the kids, they really love it. While the fillet is cooking, quickly chop the potatoes and fry them, boiling the eggs at the same time. It takes max for everything. 50 min. Instead of lentils, I add “funny pasta” and use quail eggs. It’s quick, easy to prepare, and most importantly, everyone likes it. The only thing I would have added was some greenery for brightness, but I didn’t have it at home.

thanks for the recipe. delicious, simple. I don’t really like lentils, I made it with pasta
