STEP 1

Place the washed arugula on a plate. Place slices of fried Adyghe cheese on top.
STEP 8

Place half a strawberry on a slice of cheese. Scatter mint leaves on top. Pierce the cheese, strawberries and mint with skewers. The snack should be stable and not fall over.
