    Beat the eggs into a bowl. Be sure to wash your eggs before using them, as even seemingly clean shells can harbor harmful bacteria. It is best to use food grade detergents and a brush. Add sugar, salt and whisk everything together until smooth.

    Warm the milk slightly and pour into the beaten eggs. Mix everything with a whisk. With warm milk, the dough turns out more homogeneous - the flour will be better diluted in it.

I love cheese pancakes with herbs! And according to this recipe, the pancakes turned out just perfect. I kneaded the dough exactly as indicated in the ingredients. In the end, it turned out exactly as it should, without having to add flour or anything else. Usually I prefer green onions, but this time I used dill. While the pancakes are being fried, the dill does not have time to lose its aroma and freshness. My cheese is Russian, I grated it on a medium grater. One side of the pancake turns out normal, and the other with a cheese coating. The aroma and taste are amazing! From this amount of dough I got eight large pancakes. I recommend the recipe!
