STEP 1
How to fry cheese in a bat in a pan? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Solid varieties, parmesan or even dense mozzarella are perfect. That is, you can take any cheese that melts well.
STEP 2
Cut the cheese into one-centimeter thick pieces. And here everything depends on your imagination. These can be bars, squares, circles, slices or triangles. The main thing is not thinner than one centimeter.
STEP 3
Wash the egg in warm water and break it into a deep bowl, pour in cold milk, salt and pepper. But when adding salt, keep in mind that different types of cheese have different degrees of saltiness. Therefore, before adding salt, taste the cheese. Mix everything with a fork or whisk until smooth.
STEP 4
Pour flour into a plate and put chopped cheese in it, mix everything well. The flour must completely cover the cheese slices, otherwise the crust, which is supposed to protect the cheese, will simply fall off.
STEP 5
Dip the cheese slices, one at a time, into the egg mixture until completely coated.
STEP 6
Immediately roll them tightly in breadcrumbs. The crackers should be white and preferably finely ground, then the crust will be smooth, dense and crispy. Breadcrumbs can be bought at the store or made at home from dried white bread or rolls.
STEP 7
Place the breaded cheese slices on the table and let them sit for 5 minutes. The breading will dry out and stick better.
STEP 8
Pour vegetable oil into a small frying pan with high sides and heat well over medium heat. It is best to take refined oil, it burns less when heated. Dip the cheese in there and fry on both sides for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Do not pack the cheese tightly; it will be difficult to turn over. It's better to do this in several passes. Line a plate with a paper towel and place the finished cheese on it to absorb excess fat.

Serve while they are hot.
