I decided to make sweet pastries from homemade apples and just found this simple recipe. Moreover, I prefer to bake in the oven to preserve the usefulness of the products for my little children. I liked the fact that there weren’t many ingredients in the recipe, everything was at hand). The author’s charlotte looked very appetizing in the photo, which is also why I preferred this recipe. While baking in the oven at home, a very pleasant warm aroma of apples was felt, my little daughter, coming from the street, said “what smells so delicious?” My charlotte baked for exactly 45 minutes, the taste turned out just right, not too sweet, especially if you add a sour variety of apples to it.
