STEP 1
How to make champignons in bacon in the oven with cheese? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Take raw smoked bacon. It will give the mushrooms a pleasant aroma when roasting. You can take any cheese to suit your taste. The main thing is that it is easy to grate and melts well. Take the largest champignons. Keep in mind that they will shrink slightly in size after cooking. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees in advance.
STEP 2
Rinse the champignons in running water to remove dirt and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
STEP 3
Unscrew the stem from each mushroom. The skin of large champignons can be easily removed. Therefore, it is better to remove it. If it can’t be removed, then you can leave it.
STEP 4
Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Finely chop the peeled onion and mushroom legs.
STEP 5
To fry, heat the frying pan until hot and add a little vegetable oil. Fry the onion for a minute and then add the chopped mushrooms. Fry mushrooms and onions for 5-7 minutes. You can add salt and spices.

Place the mushroom filling into the champignon caps. Add grated cheese on top of each cap.

Wrap each mushroom in a slice of uncooked bacon. For baking, you can take any heat-resistant form. I take the ceramic one. Grease the bottom of the pan with vegetable oil and place all the mushrooms in the bacon. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30-40 minutes. The exact time depends on the features of your oven.
STEP 8
When roasting, the mushrooms will become smaller in size. The cheese will melt and the bacon will begin to brown. The mushrooms will release juice. Remove the pan from the oven, transfer the mushrooms to a plate and serve. Bon appetit!
