You can take any cheese to suit your taste. The main thing is that it is easy to grate and melts well. Take the largest champignons. Keep in mind that they will shrink slightly in size after cooking. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees in advance.

    Rinse the champignons in running water to remove dirt and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

    Unscrew the stem from each mushroom. The skin of large champignons can be easily removed. Therefore, it is better to remove it. If it can’t be removed, then you can leave it.

    Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Finely chop the peeled onion and mushroom legs.

    To fry, heat the frying pan until hot and add a little vegetable oil. Fry the onion for a minute and then add the chopped mushrooms. Fry mushrooms and onions for 5-7 minutes. You can add salt and spices.

I cooked champignons in bacon in the oven with cheese. I was very interested in the recipe and how all the ingredients would be combined. Individually, I love all of these products. I lightly washed the champignons and removed the skin (removal is very easy). I took out the legs and chopped them finely. Fried it together with finely chopped onion. I grated the cheese on a fine grater. I put the filling in the mushroom caps and sprinkled grated cheese on top. I wrapped each mushroom in a strip of bacon (I used raw smoked bacon) and baked it in the oven at 180° for 30 minutes. The aroma was amazing, and it turned out delicious! I wanted to cook something tasty and original for dinner. On the site I found a very good recipe for champignons in bacon in the oven with cheese. We loved this dish so much! For baking I took a ceramic form. The champignons were sized to fit. The film was not peeled off, because the mushrooms were young. I fried the onion and chopped legs, and additionally added one mushroom to the frying pan. There was just enough filling. I filled the hats, added cheese and wrapped them in strips of raw smoked bacon. I baked it for 30 minutes at 180°C. The dish is incredibly aromatic and tasty! Everything fits perfectly! In addition, these mushrooms are very filling. I recommend!
