Peel the onion and garlic and rinse.

    Boil water in a saucepan. Place the cauliflower in boiling water and keep it there for literally 30-40 seconds (or a little longer if you have large pieces). Drain the inflorescences in a colander.

Today I prepared cauliflower with tomatoes for lunch. It is done easily and quickly. For spices, I added Italian herbs and ground black pepper. They added flavor and aroma to the dish.
