Cauliflower with minced meat in the oven

STEP 1

Let's prepare the ingredients. Cauliflower can be used in any color for this dish: white, yellow or green, depending on the variety, availability of vegetables or taste preferences. During the season of collecting vegetables from your plot, such a dish will turn out to be especially tasty and healthy.
STEP 2

Separate the cauliflower into florets, rinse them under running water, and let the water drain. Place the cabbage inflorescences in a saucepan with water. Bring the water to a boil, lightly salt it. Cook the cauliflower for about 5 minutes.
STEP 3

Using a slotted spoon, remove the cabbage from the water, let the water completely drain from the cabbage, and place it in a colander. Place the cabbage in the first layer in a buttered pan.
STEP 4

If we use ready-made minced meat for preparing a dish, then add salt and ground black pepper to taste and mix. You can add finely chopped onions, it will mask the specific taste of the meat. Spread the minced meat in a thin layer on top of the cabbage over the entire surface. The minced meat should be less than cabbage. For flavor, you can add a finely chopped clove of garlic.
STEP 5

In a bowl, beat a chicken egg with a pinch of salt. Pour the egg mixture into the dish.
STEP 6

Chop the butter into small pieces with a knife and place in another bowl. Grind the chilled butter with flour into crumbs. If a little salt was added to other components of the dish, then you can add a pinch of salt to the streusel. It is better to make crumbs from the dough with your hands. Sprinkle streusel on top of the dish. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We bake the cauliflower with minced meat for about 30 minutes, but you need to be guided by the operation of your oven.
STEP 7

Remove the dish when a golden brown crust appears on top. Serve the cauliflower with minced meat to the table, sprinkled with fresh dill or parsley. Bon appetit!
