  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

    Ingredients

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Boil cabbage in boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Drain the water and wait until it cools slightly.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

    Cut off the inflorescences.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Grate the cheese on a fine grater, finely chop the garlic.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

In a bowl, mix flour, kefir, eggs, mix, you should get a smooth dough.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

    Add garlic, cheese, salt, pepper.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Finely chop the greens and add to the dough. Stir until smooth.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

We chop the cabbage, but without much fanaticism, there is no need to puree it :) I chopped it with a food processor in pulse mode.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Mix well, if the dough turns out to be too liquid, you can add a little flour, but don’t get too carried away with it either (I added 1 tbsp). At the very end, add soda and mix well. It is not necessary to add soda, without it you get delicious pancakes with a crispy crust, reminiscent of potato pancakes, and with soda you get airy crumpets, so choose according to your taste.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Fry the pancakes in vegetable oil for a couple of minutes on each side.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Serve with sour cream. Bon appetit!

I like! I love things like that and that's it. what is connected with cabbage, especially since if it is possible without flour, then it is worth a lot!

Shur, unfortunately it won’t be possible here without flour at all, but I think you can reduce the amount if you cook according to the principle of our potato pancakes, that is, chop the cabbage, add herbs, cheese, eggs and, depending on the consistency, add flour if necessary :)

And I like that kind of stuff. But I think you can, of course, Shura, do without flour, but then it won’t be pancakes, but scrambled eggs with cauliflower. Irisha, you have spoiled not only yours, but also us, with new servings of dishes from long-known, common products for us, for thank you too!

Anait, thank you for your kind words. I myself love when you can cook something new and tasty from familiar products. And the most important thing is that you don’t feel cabbage in these pancakes at all, so if someone doesn’t like it, they won’t even realize that it’s there

Simply amazing! Very tasty pancakes! True, I didn’t have kefir, but I made do with milk and added vinegar to the soda. Not bad either!

The cauliflower I had was frozen, so I didn’t boil it, but immediately pureed it into fine crumbs with a blender. I fried it over low heat so that the cabbage had time to get ready. The pancakes turned out very tasty. I wanted to serve them with sour cream, but then I decided to replace it with kefir. Irisha, thank you for the recipe.
