Boil cabbage in boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Drain the water and wait until it cools slightly.

Cut off the inflorescences.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater, finely chop the garlic.

In a bowl, mix flour, kefir, eggs, mix, you should get a smooth dough.

Add garlic, cheese, salt, pepper.

Finely chop the greens and add to the dough. Stir until smooth.

We chop the cabbage, but without much fanaticism, there is no need to puree it :) I chopped it with a food processor in pulse mode.

Mix well, if the dough turns out to be too liquid, you can add a little flour, but don’t get too carried away with it either (I added 1 tbsp). At the very end, add soda and mix well. It is not necessary to add soda, without it you get delicious pancakes with a crispy crust, reminiscent of potato pancakes, and with soda you get airy crumpets, so choose according to your taste.
STEP 10
Fry the pancakes in vegetable oil for a couple of minutes on each side.
STEP 11
Serve with sour cream. Bon appetit!
