Carrot muffins with cinnamon

STEP 1
To prepare carrot muffins you will need: egg, sugar, vegetable oil, carrots, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, flour, flax seed.
STEP 2
Peel the carrots, wash them, and chop them on a fine grater. We will need 130 grams of grated carrots.
STEP 3
In a separate container, mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and sift.
STEP 4
Beat the egg with a whisk until smooth.
STEP 5
Add vegetable oil and mix.
STEP 6
Add grated carrots and mix.
STEP 7
Add flax seed and mix.
STEP 8
Add dry ingredients and mix quickly.
STEP 9
The dough should be thick, but in moderation. It should slide off the spoon.
STEP 10
Fill the muffin tins to 2/3 of their height with dough.
STEP 11
Bake carrot muffins in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Check readiness with a wooden skewer. If dry, the muffins are ready. Cool the baked goods, sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired and serve with tea, coffee, milk. Bon appetit!
