Pour one hundred grams of sifted flour into a bowl.

Mix all dry ingredients well in a bowl.

After stirring, set the bowl aside for twenty to thirty minutes to allow the oatmeal to swell.

Grate three medium carrots into a bowl on a fine grater.

Cut the soaked and well-washed dried apricots in the amount of twelve pieces into fairly small strips.

After time, place chopped dried apricots with grated carrots in a bowl with dough and thoroughly mix all the ingredients together.
STEP 16
Fill the mold with the prepared dough, which has previously been greased from the inside with a small amount of butter.
STEP 17
We level the dough with a spatula and place the pan in an oven preheated to one hundred and seventy-five degrees for sixty minutes; if during the baking process the top of the pie burns, you need to cover it with foil.
STEP 18
We take the prepared pie out of the oven after some time has passed, then let it cool a little, after which we remove the mold and cut into portions.
