    Clean the fish from scales, gut it and remove the gills. Peel the potatoes, a couple of cloves of garlic and the onion. Cut the bell pepper lengthwise into two parts, remove the core and seeds. Wash the fish and all vegetables in clean cold water and dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

    Rinse the lemon. Cut half the citrus into thin slices.

True, the author has a mirror carp, and I have a small carp, but it is also a carp) This recipe produces not only fish (protein), but also fiber in the form of vegetables. Baking occurs quickly at high temperature, while the vegetables do not have time to lose all their vitamins. I had frozen tomatoes and bell peppers, I doused them with warm water and laid them on top of the potatoes. I also took purple onions, I myself like them in any form. Lemon is always useful for marinating fish, but here it is also inserted into the cuts, it perfectly removes the smell. I would especially like to thank you for the idea of ​​using garlic. Usually it is not baked with fish. But after 15 minutes from the moment of baking, such an appetizing aroma of garlic floated through the kitchen that I myself wanted to eat this fish, although I don’t eat much of it. It's very tasty!
