Our family loves fried capelin, but I never thought that it could be cooked in the oven. I decided to experiment and roast capelin in the oven. I defrosted the fish and washed it according to the author’s advice. The only spice I used was salt. I didn’t add other seasonings so as not to interrupt the taste of the capelin itself. I rolled the fish in flour, placed it on the deco and cooked in the oven at 200 C for 30 minutes. I really liked it, it was very simple and quick to prepare. The capelin fried in the oven turned out perfectly, golden brown with a crispy crust, aromatic and very appetizing. The capelin according to this recipe flew off the table in an instant. My husband ate it straight with the bones and head. Everyone appreciated the fish; the capelin was extremely tasty. Eat just like sunflower seeds) Thanks to the author for the new product!
