Genesis Martin

Since early childhood, the kitchen has been my second home. Memories of how my grandmother prepared Russian pies and my mother strived for the perfect risotto remained forever in my heart. The family gathered around the table, where delicious food united us. Traveling opened up a world of colorful dishes for me: Thai Pad Thai, Italian pasta, Mexican tacos - each recipe turned me into an explorer. I believe that cooking is an art that is accessible to everyone. My goal is to show that cooking is easy and enjoyable, and that behind every plate there is a story that is important to share.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at International Culinary Studio.
