Cake with banana pieces and raisins in cognac

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Rinse the raisins first and soak them in cognac.
STEP 2
Add baking powder, salt and nutmeg to the sifted flour.
STEP 3
Cream butter and powdered sugar
STEP 4
Add eggs (one at a time) to the butter, beat well with a mixer
STEP 5
Mix the flour mixture with butter and eggs.
STEP 6
Cut bananas into slices as desired.
STEP 7
Pour cognac and raisins into the dough
STEP 8
Add the chopped bananas and mix gently with a spatula.
STEP 9
Grease a mold with a hole, sprinkle with flour, shake off excess.
STEP 10
Place the dough in the mold, smooth it with wet hands, and make a groove in the middle. Bake in an oven preheated to 180-200 for about an hour until the cake is browned. You can check the readiness with a wooden stick by piercing the cake with it.
STEP 11
Remove the baked cake, let it cool slightly, turn it out onto a plate and decorate with powdered sugar.
