- STEP 1 - Ingredients. 
- STEP 2 - Beat the eggs, add sugar, mix well.

- STEP 6 - At the end, add the sifted flour and mixed with vanilla. 
- STEP 7 - Mix everything well until smooth. 
- STEP 8 - I baked in a round pan lined with oiled parchment paper. Divided the dough into 2 parts. You can bake with one sponge cake, then the baking time will be longer. 
- STEP 9 - Pour the dough into the mold and place it in a pan heated to 180 degrees. oven. We determine readiness by checking with a dry toothpick. If you bake 2 cakes, it will take about 25-30 minutes for each. 
- STEP 10 - While the cakes are baking, mix the sour cream and sugar intended for the cream and put it in the refrigerator. 
- STEP 11 - Cool the baked cakes and cut each one lengthwise into 2 parts. Thus, you get 4 cakes. 
- STEP 12 - Grease each cake generously with sour cream and combine all the cakes. 
- STEP 13 - Lubricate the top with cream. Our cake is ready. 
- STEP 14 - Decorate with grated chocolate. Let the cake soak in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours, or preferably overnight.
