    We bake thin cakes in a preheated oven at 180g. Cool the cakes and cut them into two parts crosswise (the cake will make two semicircles).

    Then we turn the cakes vertically so that the cut is at the bottom and the top is like a hemisphere. The edges of the cakes will be visible through the cream, and outwardly it will look as if we have a real “log”. Coat it with cream again and put it in the refrigerator.

Cake "Log" - well, not at all dietary! Sweet cakes, butter cream. You can’t eat that much - it’s greasy. But it’s delicious.... It’s better to bake the cakes in a mold; when you tried to just bake on a baking sheet, the cake spread very much and burned, in the mold - a couple of minutes, and it’s done. For me personally, the sad thing with the cake was: I was cooking , getting ready to visit... and forgot the cake at home! All the following Sunday, the two of us crushed it so that it wouldn’t disappear... Now for a month I definitely won’t want anything sweet :)

By the way, in terms of cooking, everything is very simple, no special nuances. And the owners, where we didn’t deliver the cake on February 23, had to promise a new one by March 8)))) When the guy found out, he sighed and said: wow, two cans of condensed milk.... my favorite cake! I'll come to you on March 8th, get ready)
