Cake Log with condensed milk

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
The products are simple.
STEP 2
Mix all the ingredients: flour, condensed milk, eggs, soda, starch, softened butter.
STEP 3
Mix well. We will get a moderately liquid dough like pancake dough.
STEP 4
We bake thin cakes in a preheated oven at 180g. Cool the cakes and cut them into two parts crosswise (the cake will make two semicircles).
STEP 5
Prepare the cream from butter and condensed milk - beat in a mixer.
STEP 6
Coat each cake with a layer of cream.
STEP 7
Leave it in the cold to soak.
STEP 8
Fold the cake.
STEP 9
Then we turn the cakes vertically so that the cut is at the bottom and the top is like a hemisphere. The edges of the cakes will be visible through the cream, and outwardly it will look as if we have a real “log”. Coat it with cream again and put it in the refrigerator.
STEP 10
You can sprinkle grated chocolate on top of the cake. The log cake is delicious!
