Cake cottage cheese house made from cookies and cottage cheese without baking
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make a Cottage Cheese House Cake from cookies and cottage cheese without baking? Prepare your food. For this cake, take fresh, fatty, dry cottage cheese - I have 18% fat content, but 9% will do. Also choose sour cream with a high fat content - 25-30%. Pre-melt the butter in any way and cool. You can skip the banana. I took “baked milk” cookies, you can take any shortbread, like “Yubileiny”. Chocolate for glaze - milk or dark.
STEP 2
In a deep bowl, mix the required amount of cottage cheese, melted and cooled butter, sour cream, sugar and vanilla sugar. Using a mixer or whisk, beat the mixture until smooth and creamy. If your cottage cheese is too grainy, then puree the mixture with a blender. If you don’t have a blender, then rub the cottage cheese through a sieve.
STEP 3
Divide the curd mass into two parts and add cocoa to one. Stir the mixture until the ingredients are combined.
STEP 4
Take a mat or towel. Line it with cling film and place the cookies. The original recipe suggests dipping each cookie in warm milk (100 ml) and then laying it out, but when I tried to do this, all the cookies began to fall apart in my hands, so I abandoned this step. I I took fewer cookies and I had a lot of filling, so don’t make the same mistake, take 12 pieces.
STEP 5
Spread the white curd mixture evenly over the layer of cookies.
STEP 6
On top of the white curd mass, evenly distribute the curd mass with the addition of cocoa.
STEP 7
Peel the banana, cut it in half lengthwise and place cut side down on the curd layer, focusing on the middle.
STEP 8
Using a towel, roll the outer rows of cookies along the long side towards the middle. As you can see, I had a lot of filling, but at this step the workpiece is movable and you can adjust the shape of the dessert - use film to form the cake, giving it the shape of a house (triangle in cross-section). Wrap the dessert in cling film and put it in the refrigerator to harden for 4 -12 o'clock, I was cleaning for the night.
STEP 9
Remove the frozen dessert from the refrigerator. Brush the top with melted chocolate and sprinkle with coconut.
STEP 10
Slice and serve the curd cake straight from the refrigerator - after standing for a while at room temperature, it very quickly loses its shape. Bon appetit!
