Uh-oh, after all, cut the cakes “across” and not lengthwise. You never know who wouldn’t guess.... It’s even delicious to read))

This is exactly how I want to express my emotions about this gorgeous, tender, incredibly tasty cake! The airy cream harmonizes perfectly with the amazingly tender and tasty cakes. This is not a black prince, this is the KING of cakes!!! Of course, it takes quite a long time to prepare it due to the presence of two creams, which we then combine into one, but all the effort is worth it because the cake is magical! But, I would like to note that there was too much cream, I would have reduced the proportions, but I would have added more cocoa, because the cakes turned out pale. And I’ll also tell you about my mistake - I bought condensed milk with chicory, so the cream turned out not snow-white, but soft creamy)
