Ingredients

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

1. Break the egg into a deep bowl2. Add Dijon mustard (not grain)
STEP 2

3. Start beating the mixture with a blender at high speed4. Without stopping whisking, pour in sunflower oil in a thin stream (you can take olive oil, but in the absence of this, we use sunflower oil.
STEP 3

5. Grind the anchovies in a blender (you can take chopped sprat, spiced), grind the garlic (you can use a blender, or you can do it by hand)
STEP 4

6. At this point we have a yellow mayonnaise mixture in the bowl.
STEP 5

7. Add lemon juice, anchovies and garlic to it and beat a little more
STEP 6

8. Taste the sauce, add a little salt if necessary and our dressing is ready
