Cabbage soup is held in high esteem in my family. Both children and the adult half of the family love them. I usually don’t add tomatoes to cabbage soup. But when preparing cabbage soup with tomatoes, fresh cabbage and meat, I strictly followed the recipe. I cooked the broth with pork meat in three liters of water. I took all the other ingredients, except for the greens (I ran out of them), according to the recipe. The cabbage soup turned out to be very aromatic and rich. It turned out very tasty with tomatoes. There is no obvious tomato taste, but the tomatoes added their own flavor to the soup. The meat pieces were cooked perfectly and turned out soft and tender. Thanks for the recipe!
