So, a few clarifications from the photo: the cabbage is really tough, so I boiled it. I washed the rice so that it was crumbly. And it turned out wonderful. The family appreciated it and devoured everything... Alas, I only have crumbs again...

And I baked all the cabbage pancakes, I don’t know what to do with the cabbage this year. There is a lot of fuss with pancakes, standing near the stove for a long time. The casserole is excellent, I’ve already tried baking it with rice, it’s quite quick and very satisfying, thank you very much for the recipe.
