So, a few clarifications from the photo: the cabbage is really tough, so I boiled it. I washed the rice so that it was crumbly. And it turned out wonderful. The family appreciated it and devoured everything... Alas, I only have crumbs again...

This is not the first time I’ve made cabbage casserole with rice; the whole family loves this dish. I always boil the cabbage a little beforehand, since now it is very tough, winter varieties. Sometimes I also use semolina instead of rice. The result is no less interesting, original dish.
