Add sugar to heated kefir...

Mix two liquid bases, egg and yeast.

Forming the dough...

...knead it and put it in a warm place to rise for 30-40 minutes.

After time has passed, knead the dough and set it to rise for 30 minutes.

For the filling, take 2-3 freshly harvested apples, peel them, peel them from the seeds and cut them into cubes.

Put oil in a frying pan and heat it up,

add chopped apples for caramelization.

Fry for 5 minutes and add sugar, cook for 3 minutes and remove from heat.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper greased with vegetable oil and leave to proof for 20-25 minutes.

Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. With the oven turned off, let the buns sit for another 5 minutes.
STEP 21
Grease the hot pastries with butter and let cool.
STEP 22
The result was soft, airy and very tender kefir buns with apple filling.
