    Finely chop the onion, garlic and chili pepper.

    Fry the onion, garlic and chili in vegetable oil for 1 minute, add the chicken disassembled into fibers (I used boiled chicken thigh) and tomato sauce. Mix.

    Add rice and a little broth. Mix thoroughly and heat the mixture for several minutes.

    Place the filling on the tortillas and roll them into a roll. My tortilla is small in diameter, and I like to add more fillings, so I simply couldn’t roll the tortilla into a roll :)

Very tasty and unusual recipe! I used almost everything I had in the refrigerator and made several types of filling. One is vegetables, bell peppers, zucchini, herbs, onions, carrots and mushrooms, and the second is made from beef. I added grated cheese to both one and the other, but it still softens the taste and gives it a creamy aroma. If you don’t have tortillas, you can easily replace them with pita bread, after tearing it into pieces.
