Buns with cheese and garlic

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

DOUGH: put yeast, salt, sugar, butter, egg into warm water and mix.
STEP 2

Add flour and knead into a soft elastic dough.
STEP 3

Leave in a warm place for an hour and a half.
STEP 4

Sprinkle the surface of the table with flour. Place the dough and roll out to 1 cm.
STEP 5

FILLING: mix melted butter and chopped garlic, brush the surface of the dough with this mixture.
STEP 6

Place grated hard cheese on top, lightly add salt and pepper, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Brush the edges of the dough with water.
STEP 7

BUNS: return the dough to the roll and cut into rolls 3-4 cm thick.
STEP 8

Line a baking sheet with parchment and place the buns. Leave in a warm place for 20-30 minutes. Lightly grease the top with butter and bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.
STEP 9

At the end of cooking, you can sprinkle with cheese. Bon appetit!
