    How to bake a three-cup pie with apples? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take the vanillin at the tip of a knife; a larger amount can add bitterness to the finished baked goods. You can also replace it with vanilla sugar - 1 tbsp. l. Choose apples that are sweet, sour, and juicy.

    In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, semolina, vanilla (I use intensive vanillin) and salt, sifted through a sieve. Mix everything well. Divide the mass into 4 equal parts.

    Wash the apples, dry them, peel them and grate them on a coarse grater. Divide the grated apples into 3 equal parts. Since the grating process is long, the grated apples may darken (depending on the variety). It's not scary. This will make the cake even more beautiful - all the layers will be visible.

    Line the bottom and sides of a baking dish (Ø 20-22 cm) with parchment. Spread the first part of the dry mixture evenly onto the bottom. Distribute one portion of apples evenly on top.

    Alternate layers in this manner until you run out of apples. The last layer should be a dry mixture.

    Grate the chilled butter on top and spread it in an even layer over the entire surface of the pie. To make it easier to grate, put it in the freezer in advance.

    Place the simplest pie, three glasses with semolina, in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 1 hour 20 minutes. The times are approximate, use your oven as a guide. The surface should be browned. Remove the finished pie from the oven and cool completely. Then remove from the mold, cut into pieces and serve. Bon appetit!

Three glass bulk pie with apples is one of my favorite pies! I just love the juicy center and crispy crust. This pie is, well, very apple-y, the flavor is wonderful! I followed all the dosages indicated in the recipe and measured the products in grams. I mixed all the bulk ingredients in a bowl and added a teaspoon of baking powder myself. I took 1.6 kg of apples. After cleaning, I grated them on a coarse grater. The apples turned out to be very juicy, juice was literally dripping. I took a wide pan so that the cake would not be tall. I made the same number of layers as recommended in the recipe. The pie is incredibly delicious! The dry layers were saturated with apple juice and turned into a full-fledged porous dough. The butter made the top crust crispy. The pie is sweet, juicy, aromatic! I recommend!

I didn’t have a small round mold, so I made it using the one I had. Because of this, the cake turned out not so high and there were few layers, but otherwise everything was fine. Delicious and quite simple! A good option for evening tea or for meeting unexpected guests.

Thanks for the recipe, it turned out great! Everyone really liked the pie when preparing it according to this recipe. The most important thing is that everything is delicious and very simple. You need a minimum of products, inexpensively and quickly. I think anyone with a sweet tooth will definitely like this kind of baking for tea.
