From my earliest years, the kitchen was a magical place for me, where the aroma of freshly baked bread and the chirping of birds merged together. My grandmother taught me how to mix spices, and my mother shared the secrets of family recipes. In our house, food brought everyone together around the table, and that was really important. Traveling around the world, I absorbed a variety of cultures and tastes: from spicy curry to delicate French ratatouille. I strive to show that cooking is not only an art, but also a joy accessible to everyone, even those who are just starting their journey.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Universidad de San Francisco de Quito.
