I’ve never made sweets with bananas before, so I decided to try making banana charlotte with bananas :) I chose a ripe fruit with spots, as the author of the recipe advised, the sweet banana aroma was felt even before peeling. I decided to add a little poppy seed to the dough for a more spicy taste. I prepared Charlotte very quickly and easily, and most importantly it turned out delicious! Thanks to the author for such an interesting idea with bananas 😉
