Delicious dumplings with buckwheat and vegetables

STEP 1
For dumplings, I prefer soft dough with the addition of vegetable oil, salt and a drop of honey or sugar. Sometimes I make the dough, but not often.
STEP 2
Chop carrots and onions
STEP 3
To knead your dough, I sift the flour, mix salt, sugar (honey), water and vegetable oil in a glass, pour it into a bowl and knead. Sometimes I add more flour so that the dough is dense, elastic, but not tough.
STEP 4
While the dough is resting, I cook the buckwheat. I fry onions and carrots and add salt.
STEP 5
I mix everything

I roll out the dough.

I spread buckwheat with vegetables
