I had half a bag of bulgur left, and I decided to cook bulgur with meat in a slow cooker. The recipe is simple and requires little active participation in preparation. I cooked strictly according to the recipe, setting the suggested modes on the multicooker for the suggested time. The meat turned out soft and tender. The dish itself resembles pilaf, but still bulgur brings its own flavor nuances. The whole family really liked the bulgur with meat. Besides its excellent taste, I liked this dish for its ease of preparation. Julia, thank you very much for the recipe. I will definitely cook again.

My daughter asked me to cook her some bulgur with meat, carrots and onions. This recipe exactly matches the request). I prepared bulgur with meat in a slow cooker from chicken breast. This meat itself is a bit dry, but in the finished dish it turned out very juicy. I cut the onion into medium cubes and the carrots into large cubes. Interestingly, meat and vegetables are prepared using the “bake” program. After finishing, I looked into the bowl, and there was no more liquid there. That is, the meat has been stewed well and you can add a new portion of water. I poured in the warm one. I added a bay leaf, but left out the garlic. I set the “cereals” program and at the end I received juicy, aromatic and crumbly bulgur! The carrots retained their shape, which is important to me! Very tasty, my daughter loved it!
