For a side dish I prepared buckwheat with green beans! I really liked the interesting combination of ingredients! I pre-boiled the buckwheat and peeled the vegetables. Finely chopped the onion and grated the carrots on a coarse grater. I fried onions and carrots in a frying pan, then added green beans and fried them. Next, I added buckwheat and stirred. This side dish idea was perfect for dinner: nutritious, healthy and delicious! Thanks for the recipe and I recommend trying it!
