STEP 1

How to make buckwheat with chicken in a pot? Take leeks, carrots, chicken fillet, buckwheat, sunflower oil, salt.
STEP 2

Fry onions, carrots, chicken, cut into small pieces, in oil.
STEP 3

Sort out the buckwheat and rinse.
STEP 4

Place half of the chicken and vegetable roast in one pot, and do the same in the second.
STEP 5

Add half the buckwheat and pour a glass of water, add salt. Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for half an hour, then reduce the oven heat to 100 degrees and simmer the porridge until the liquid is absorbed and evaporated.
STEP 6

Serve the finished crumbly buckwheat with chicken in a pot with a piece of butter. Bon appetit!
