Bride salad with pickled mushrooms

STEP 1
Boil chicken fillet (you can use any other part with meat) in salted water until tender, cool. Boil the eggs hard, cool, peel. If the onion is bitter, you need to pour boiling water over it. To do this, finely chop it and pour boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, peel. Wash the pickled mushrooms, finely chop. We also finely chop the chicken meat. Place the chicken meat and mushrooms on the bottom of the salad bowl, grease with mayonnaise.
STEP 2
Next is a layer of finely chopped and scalded onions. Grated potatoes on top. Lubricate the potatoes with mayonnaise.
STEP 3
Processed cheese must be frozen in the freezer until it becomes solid so that it can be easily grated. Take the well-chilled processed cheese out of the freezer and grate it on a coarse grater. Spread cheese on potatoes.
STEP 4
Separate the egg white from the yolk. Chop the yolk with a knife. Place on cheese.
STEP 5
Lubricate with mayonnaise.
STEP 6
Sprinkle grated egg whites on top. You can decorate with herbs, but it’s better not to decorate the salad with anything, just leave it white, because it’s not for nothing that it’s called “Bride.”
STEP 7
You can place the salad on a white dish and decorate with a rose made from the white of a boiled egg.
