I wanted a tasty salad, and I’ve been eyeing the “Bride” salad for a long time. The composition is delicious) I grated all the products on a medium grater to make it more airy. Regarding the eggs: I needed boiled yolks for another recipe, so I decided to replace two eggs with five whites, especially since white is the theme here) I didn’t have any pickled mushrooms, but I had fresh champignons, I cut them into slices and fried them on a vegetable stove oil I didn’t want to add onions to such a delicate salad) I replaced the mayonnaise with thermostatic sour cream mixed with mustard and salt, it turned out quite similar. I layered everything and it turned out to be a great salad! By the way, the sour cream did not flow even after several hours. All the ingredients go together perfectly, it turned out very tasty. Now I will prepare this salad for the holidays.
