We love ribs very much. And then I came across such a delicious name that I immediately wanted to try it. I decided to cook wild boar ribs in the oven for dinner with mashed potatoes. I prepared the sauce myself by combining tomato paste with water and spices (meat seasoning, barbecue seasoning, coriander, nutmeg and smoked paprika). I cut the pork ribs into portions and marinated them in the sauce. Peeled and cut the onions and carrots. The baking dish was lined with foil. I laid out the vegetables, put the ribs in the sauce on top, poured light beer over the whole story, covered it with foil and baked it as described in the recipe. The aroma is stunning during cooking. The cooking process is simple and fast. The boar ribs in the oven tasted amazing. The alcohol evaporated, and the aroma of hops imbued the ribs with their aroma. The meat in beer turned out great. It is incredibly tasty, aromatic, soft and juicy. The beer yushka is super tasty, we finished it all! Gorgeous ribs!
