STEP 1
How to make wild boar ribs in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can change the proportions of carrots and onions a little or add some other vegetables.
STEP 2
Rinse the ribs in running water and dry with paper towels. Then cut into portions one or two at a time.
STEP 3
Peel the onions and carrots. Rinse off any dirt. Cut the onion into half rings and the carrots into large pieces.
STEP 4
Place the ribs in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add some BBQ sauce. Sprinkle with salt and spices. Use spices to your taste that are suitable for meat dishes. I add ground pepper and some aromatic herbs. Mix all ingredients.
STEP 5
Place chopped vegetables - onions and carrots - in a baking dish.
STEP 6
Place the prepared ribs on top.
STEP 7
Fill everything with light beer.
STEP 8
Cover the pan with foil and place in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for approximately 45-60 minutes. The times are approximate, use your oven as a guide. Read about the intricacies of using foil and the operating features of ovens in separate articles at the end of this recipe.
STEP 9
Remove the foil from the pan and brush all the ribs with the remaining barbecue sauce. Leave in the oven, now without foil, for another 15-20 minutes. During this time, the ribs will brown and become an appetizing golden color.
STEP 10
Rosy, delicious ribs are ready! Remove them from the oven, transfer to a platter and serve. Bon appetit!
