Mix the berries, add the zest.

Add chopped almonds, coconut flakes, starch and sugar if desired. Mix. The filling is ready.

Place the filling into the molds. I used portioned ones, but if you don’t have those, then the pie can be made in one small form.
STEP 5
Let's prepare the crumbs. To do this, mix flour and sugar, add cold butter (for convenience, cut the butter into a small cube).
STEP 6
Grind the butter with flour and sugar into crumbs. Our dough is ready.
STEP 7
Cover the filling with crumbs. When you put the fillings and crumbs into the molds, don’t be stingy, because during baking, the volume of the filling and dough will decrease significantly, so put them in heaps.
STEP 8
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 15-20 minutes, or rather until golden brown.
STEP 9
The finished crumble is delicious both hot and cold! I like it hot with a scoop of ice cream. Bon appetit!!!
