STEP 1

How to quickly and easily prepare delicious belyashi from unleavened dough on kefir with mixed minced meat, which will definitely appeal to many for its wonderful taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products with spices for preparing homemade belyashi with meat filling in a frying pan.
STEP 2

To prepare yeast-free dough, take a large bowl and pour five hundred milliliters of cold kefir into it.
STEP 3

Pour one teaspoon of baking soda, one teaspoon of salt into a bowl with kefir and mix all the ingredients well.
STEP 4

Take a fine sieve and sift seven hundred grams of premium wheat flour into a bowl of kefir in two steps.
STEP 5

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and knead the dough, then add two tablespoons of vegetable oil to the bowl with the dough and continue to knead the dough very well until the desired consistency.
STEP 6

Collect the dough into one large lump and place it in a plastic bag, then leave the dough for one hour at room temperature.
STEP 7

Take a deep bowl and place five hundred grams of mixed minced meat into it, then add one very finely chopped large onion to the bowl.
STEP 8

Add salt, a mixture of ground black and red peppers, cumin and coriander to the bowl with minced meat to taste.

Mix all the ingredients very well in a bowl and let the minced meat sit until the dough is ready.
STEP 10

After time has passed, place the dough on a table sprinkled with a small amount of wheat flour and knead it, then shape and divide the dough into two approximately equal parts, one of which is then placed in a plastic bag.

Divide each part of the dough into several identical pieces, from which then form into balls.
STEP 12

Knead each bun to the required size, then place one tablespoon of cooked minced meat on it, which you then distribute evenly and press with a fork.
STEP 13

Gather the edges of the dough towards the center with small tucks, then form a white dough with a hole in the middle and place it seam side down on the table.
STEP 14

Take a frying pan and place it on the stove, then pour three hundred to three hundred fifty milliliters of vegetable oil into it and heat it, then place the formed whites in the frying pan with the hole down and fry them on one side over medium heat on the stove until golden.
STEP 15

Turn the belyashi over in the frying pan, then pour one tablespoon of hot vegetable oil into each hole and continue frying the belyashi until golden on the back side.
STEP 16

Place the cooked belyashi from the frying pan onto a plate and serve.
