I cooked bell peppers with cheese stuffed in the oven for dinner. I really liked the unusual presentation: not whole peppers, but halves. Since I cooked these peppers for dinner, and my husband does not accept dinner without meat, I added minced pork to the filling along with all the other ingredients. I had the olives already cut into circles. Replaced fresh garlic with garlic powder. Since I added meat to the filling, I baked the peppers in the oven longer, 35 minutes. It turned out very tasty. It seemed to me that halves of pepper are even more convenient to eat than whole ones. It turned out very tasty and satisfying. Olives add a pleasant, not harsh taste to the dish. My husband was very pleased. For some upcoming holiday, I will prepare these peppers as a snack, without meat. Thank you very much for the recipe!
