Mm... what a healthy, juicy and tasty beet salad with raisins I prepared for dinner. We love beets in any form and salad is no exception! I really liked it! I boiled the beets, cooled them and grated them on a coarse grater. I crushed the nuts with a knife and poured boiling water over the raisins. I combined all the ingredients, lightly salted it and mixed mayonnaise with sour cream for dressing. Mixed everything and sprinkled with nuts when serving. Yummy!!!
