Beef with vegetables and adjika in pots
The beef turns out so juicy that you can't resist. I really love the moment of waiting to see what will happen and whether the dish will be different from others prepared earlier. Today I added homemade adjika to the recipe and did not regret it, the slight spiciness only improved the taste.
How many times have I cooked various pots and yet beef is best suited for stewing, it has a special taste and smell that is so pleasant. Vera, of course you should buy pots, they contain porridge, soups, and the second dishes turn out much tastier. Just buy small ones for one person and one meal, it’s more convenient and there won’t be any left over, so you won’t want to reheat them later (or rather, it won’t be as tasty)
