STEP 1
How to make beef salad with apples? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Boil the beef in advance. To make the meat soft, you need to cook it for about 2 hours. Boil the eggs hard. It is better to take apples without a pronounced taste and aroma, not too sweet and not sour, dense (for example, Ligol varieties)

Cut the boiled beef into small pieces.

Peel the apples. Remove the shell from boiled eggs.

Since the salad will be laid out in layers, you will need a special salad ring. Place it on a flat dish.

Cut the apples into cubes or strips.

Place one chopped apple on a plate as the first layer.

Lubricate the apple layer with mayonnaise.

Place a second layer of chopped beef.
