An interesting salad with its ingredients. I also wanted to make a salad with such a list of ingredients. A very interesting combination. Only there was no beef, but there was herring in the freezer. I took the “beef and apple salad” recipe as a basis and made a salad similar in ingredients only with herring. I also added potatoes, which go well with herring. Boiled everything, finely chopped the herring. Coarsely grated cheese, apples, potatoes. I scalded the onion so it wouldn't be bitter. I divided the eggs into yolks and whites and grated them. I laid out all the products in layers in a ring, smearing with mayonnaise. The last layer was the whites. It turned out beautifully. The salad soaked in the refrigerator overnight. Great recipe! The range of products is very interesting. And what’s important is that the apple is great. Eggs go perfectly with cheese, onions and apples. And the herring with potatoes) Overall, the salad is harmonious and has an unusual taste. I liked it, I would repeat it) Thanks to the author for the idea!
