I made beef stroganoff with cream for dinner. Delicious, tender meat with an appetizing gravy. The meat was washed, dried, cut into long pieces and rolled in flour. I fried onions, cut into half rings, in a frying pan. Added meat and fried until color changed. Added salt, pepper, cream, tomato sauce, a little water and simmered until the meat was cooked, about an hour. The meat turned out super tasty! Thanks katushafin for the recipe!
