There was pork carbonate left in the freezer, which was very suitable for making schnitzels. Out of 600 g I got 5 pieces. I took the advice from the site and marinated the cooked pieces in lemon juice and salt to make the meat softer. Liezon made it from a tablespoon of sour cream and two small eggs. Added a pinch of salt to it. I also added a little salt to the flour to bread the meat. From the spices I took ready-made seasoning for meat. Otherwise, I followed the recipe for beef schnitzel in a frying pan. The meat turned out juicy, soft, in a golden crispy breading. The taste is magical! We ate schnitzels with baked potatoes.
