STEP 1

How to make delicious beef schnitzels in a frying pan? Very fast. First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. To make the meat juicier, it is better to use fresh beef or veal pulp. In addition to salt and pepper, you can add your own spices to taste. I added a little khmeli-suneli.
STEP 2

Cut a piece of beef across the grain into plates no more than 1 cm thick. Choose beef without veins or films. If you use frozen meat, you must first defrost it properly on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator.

Carefully beat each slice with a hammer on both sides. Then salt and pepper each piece of meat.

Combine eggs with sour cream, salt and pepper.

Beat until smooth. The eggs should be completely combined with the sour cream.

Place flour for breading into a bowl. You can also add a little salt to the flour if desired. Lightly roll the beef slices in flour, this will help the batter coat the meat better.
