We love meatballs in our family, especially the children, but we didn’t know it was Italian, we thought it was just meatballs

A simple and excellent recipe, the meatballs are soft, juicy and flavorful. It took about 1 hour to prepare the dish: 10 minutes to prepare the minced meat, 10 minutes to form the balls, 10 minutes to fry, 20-30 minutes to simmer the meatballs in the sauce. Blend the canned tomatoes in a blender and pour this puree over the meatballs. Add basil, sugar... At this stage I changed the procedure. Separately, I prepared the sauce (sugar, basil...) in a saucepan and heated it, then poured it over the meatballs, because... I didn’t want to sprinkle the meat with sugar and stir it again, as this could damage the balls.

Very, very tasty meatballs. Thanks to a special device for preparing meatballs, the process took less time. I cooked Italian pasta for a side dish. Divine aromatic basil sauce. I love this spice. Thanks for the recipe!

What a beauty, I also cook meatballs very often, but I don’t bother with the sauce and use Astoria Bolognese, which tastes just right for the meatballs, and I season the lasagna a little with it!
