STEP 1

How to fry beef liver pancakes in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients.
STEP 2

Rinse the beef liver thoroughly, remove films, internal ducts and blood clots. Pat the liver dry with a paper towel and cut into medium pieces.
STEP 3

Peel the garlic and pass through a press or finely chop with a knife.
STEP 4

Place liver and garlic in a blender bowl. Beat everything until smooth.
STEP 5

Add the egg and sour cream to the liver and beat the mixture again.
STEP 6

Transfer the liver mass into a deep bowl, add semolina to it and mix.
STEP 7

Add salt and pepper to the liver mass, mix and leave for 20-25 minutes for the semolina to swell.
STEP 8

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place a tablespoon of the liver mixture onto the hot oil. Fry the pancakes on both sides for 2-3 minutes, periodically adding vegetable oil. Bon appetit!
