Beef baked with spicy bread crust

STEP 1

Turn on the oven to heat up, temperature 200 degrees. Finely chop fresh thyme or other herbs, chop the garlic /as you wish/.

Mix sour cream with horseradish, salt and black pepper./We don’t skimp on salt and pepper!/
STEP 3

Separately, mix bread crumbs with olive oil, herbs and garlic, and add salt and pepper. /The crumbs should become evenly moist, if necessary, add oil/
STEP 4

Salt and pepper the meat.
STEP 5

In well-heated vegetable oil, fry/"seal"/ the meat on all sides until golden brown, about 7 - 10 minutes.
STEP 6

Coat the top of the fried meat with a mixture of sour cream and horseradish.
STEP 7

Then lay out the bread crumbs, lightly pressing them into the sour cream so that they stick. Transfer the meat to a baking sheet and bake for 40 - 60 minutes. Cook according to the desired degree of doneness. Bon appetit!
